Drivers Education

Welcome to Oak Grove High School

         Driver’s Education

Please take the time to review the below links for the Driver’s Education Program.

We will announce the application open dates on the web site here and also make announcements about class dates, times and location.

The next Driver's Education Bookwork Class will be held most likely in mid-January 2021. This is an online/virtual class, held through Zoom and Google Classroom. Students will use their Davidson County Schools student email accounts to access and complete all assignments. Please remember to read the links below for the questions you may have regarding the Driver’s Education Program.

There will be a class in December or January. Information about that class will be posted here, announced in school, and posted on social media sites associated with OGHS.

WHEN WILL I DRIVE? Students will be chosen for the driving portion of Driver's Ed after they have completed the classwork portion of the course. They are selected by age (oldest first). Eligibility Certificates are only good for 30 days, so students should not expect to drive earlier than 30 days before their 15th birthday.
