Jared Rolfes - EC Teacher

Welcome to the 2023-2024 School Year Grizzlies! My name is Jared Rolfes and I will serving in my 4TH year as an EC Teacher and Assistant Football Coach at Oak Grove High School. Prior to OGHS I spent the previous 7 years in Guilford County Schools as both an EC and PE Teacher. Prior to that I taught in the state of Ohio. I am in my 19th year as a teacher with 15 years as an EC teacher and 4 Years as a PE teacher. I have also been involved in coaching football for my entire teaching career. 

 

My wife Betsy and I have been married for 16 years and we have three children: Braxton (11-6th Grade), Brynnley (10-5th Grade), and Easton (4). Betsy serves as a traveling Physical Therapist around the triad. We as a family value our faith, enjoy traveling, sports, and great food! My two oldest kids attend Wallburg Elementary School and Oak Grove Middle School. 

 

Personally I enjoy working out, hiking, BBQ, the mountains, the beach, fishing, and going to sporting events! I am beyond excited to be a part of the Grizzly community!
