Remote Learning Info

During inclement weather days, every class should follow the protocol below:

 

All class content is available on Canvas.  Please check canvas and your Gmail account daily for updates, announcements, and assignments.  If you are without power, you will have 5 days to complete assignments. Attendance will be taken these days. Failure to turn in work will result in an absence and a zero for your grade. 

 

We will not have live instruction but I will post an instructional video in the announcements in canvas daily with assignments and links.   

 

On inclement weather days if you need to meet with me, please send me an email to schedule a zoom session. I will send you a link to join using your school email. I will be available to students during their scheduled class time only. Students are encouraged to follow their normal class schedule for classes from home. Please see the canvas home pages for remote learning class times and additional expectations.

 

Students are held responsible for getting their work done and being engaged on inclement weather days. Please check your student email, the local news stations, voicemail, and canvas courses to see whether the school is closed, operating remotely, or on a delay. If the school is closed there will be no remote instruction.
