Mrs. Bodenheimer

Get to know me...

 

My name is Ashley Bodenheimer and I come to you from Davie County High School.  I reside and grew up in Wallburg and was a Ledford Panther where I was a Cheerleader under Mrs. Debbie Pope and a Softball player under Mr. Joe Davis.  I attended and graduated from Western Carolina University with a B.S. in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and most recently became Nationally Board Certified in the Fall of 22'.  I completed two internships during my senior year at WCU, one with REACH of Jackson County, and the other with WCU athletic department. After college, I worked planning specialty events for The American Cancer Society, Grandover Resort and Conference Center, and Merrymaking Events before realizing teaching was what I really wanted to be doing.  

Working with some of the best chefs on the East Coast, I have acquired lots of real world knowledge to educate students who are a part of the Culinary and Hospitality Academy.  I'll look forward to working with your child.
