Bio and Schedule
Hello students and parents/guardians,
My name is Thomas Bestor, and I am proud to be a member of the Oak Grove High School Math Department. I am originally from upstate New York, and my wife and I began our careers in North Carolina, where we have lived since 2012. We are fortunate to have two children, Grant and Lawson, who are both very active in sports.
I graduated from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Adolescent Education with a concentration in Mathematics, as well as a Master’s degree in Differentiated Instruction. I have over twelve years of teaching experience, having previously taught at Lexington Senior High School, Central Davidson High School, and North Davidson High School before joining Oak Grove High School.
