PARENTS!

All important dates are communicated are included in the syllabus, and in class. 

Make sure your student has Crocs or any type of non-slip (kitchen safe) shoe within the first month of school, that is when we will begin cooking in the kitchen.

Hospitality and Tourism

Make sure to look at the Culinary and Hospitality Academy page, this provides a pathway of courses for the students to complete and receive an honors cord at graduation! This will ensure the students know of this opportunity and can plan their classes correctly to finish by their senior year! There are TWO pathway options.

- The Culinary Arts pathway focuses on developing cooking skills.

- The Food Science and Nutrition pathway focuses on all the other sides of the industry related to food (business and science). Looking at the nutrition food brings to our bodies, completing science experiments with food, preservative methods businesses use, and benefits of local and organic.
