Order Form for Remote-Only Students (for 1/27/21 pick-up)

The link to next week's order form is below.  Orders are due by Sunday, January 24th at 11:59pm.  The meals must be picked up at the location indicated on Wednesday, January 27th from 11:00am-12:00pm.
  • Each child will receive 6 breakfasts and 6 lunches.  The meals will consist of shelf-stable, refrigerated, and frozen items; a menu and a list of instructions will be included.  
  • All meals will consist of the same items, pending availability.  Due to the volume of orders, we will not be able to service special requests, except for special diet orders from a doctor (allergies/intolerances/etc. which the schools will already have on file).
