Daily/Weekly Homework: Below is a list of resources that are used to assign daily/weekly homework throughout the semester. Five of the resources are online and require internet access to complete. With the county providing all students with computers, it is expected that students check for and complete all posted assignments on the online platforms.
Vocabulit- Used throughout the semester to improve vocabulary. This is the only daily/weekly homework assignment that will not require access to a computer.
GrammarFlip Used throughout the semester for grammar instruction.
CommonLit- Used in the 2nd and 4th quarters to improve reading comprehension of fictional texts and poetry.
Flipgrid- Used to record and upload video presentations
Quizlet- Used to create student-generated study materials and to supplement Vocabulit
Canva- (not to be confused with CANVAS, which is our LMS) Used to create presentations
